Academic departments, professional groups, and staff development programs may wish to consider purchasing a site license for the Education Scholar Program. For an initial fee of $5000.00, the site license provides unlimited access to all faculty within the department or program for one full year. Site license renewals are $1000.00 per year thereafter.

With the site license option, a unique group is set up in the system that enables an on-site administrator to register, manage, and monitor the participants. Initial setup, training, and user support is included in the license fee. The fee does not include the purchase of textbooks required for the program, however, most institutions that use the site license option have found an economical compromise by sharing one or two sets of textbooks among the participants.
